The Foxhole Project is a peer-support nonprofit, not a healthcare provider. We collect only the details needed to plan for your safety during this event (e.g., allergies, mobility limits, emergency contact). Access is limited to the Event Lead and Safety Officer. We keep this information through the event and delete it within 30 days afterward (longer only if there’s a reportable incident). We secure it in a restricted, password-protected system.
